Based on the Kent and East Sussex border, we work with financial planners, wealth managers and IFAs across the south east of England and beyond.
Our clients appreciate that we take away the technical administrative side of financial planning, providing high quality, accurate and detailed research, analysis, projections and reports. With a little extra support, you can take back time for fee-earning, or even personal, activities.
We pride ourselves on being a safe pair of hands and highly detail orientated. We always aim to provide the most professional service possible, with security, compliance and technical expertise underpinning everything we do.
As every adviser is different, we like to get to know you a little bit better before we start work. We offer a free initial consultation to talk about what support you need and how you like to work. We can provide you with a bespoke service that fits in with your business – as an additional on-going or short-term resource, or on an ad-hoc basis.
Andy is a pleasure to work with. He is highly analytical and is always keen to develop his knowledge. Andy takes a high degree of personal responsibility for his decisions and actions whilst always seeking the best outcomes for the clients that he serves.

With 20+ years of experience in paraplanning and a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services, I support financial advisers and planners with the administrative tasks that allow them to effectively advise clients on financial planning. This includes analysis, research, report writing and cash flow projections.
I have worked in many areas of financial services, from large respected companies to smaller independent advisory practices. I also worked as a financial adviser, before quickly deciding that my skills were better served in a more technical role. So, with the benefit of a wide field of experience, I moved into paraplanning.
Having worked as an in-house paraplanner for a while, the time never seemed quite right to make the move to outsourcing. I decided that if I kept thinking about it, I would keep putting it off. So, I took the plunge and that’s how Haven Paraplanning began.
I have completed my Diploma in Financial Planning and am working towards Chartered Status.
While I enjoy working across a range of financial plans, my specialist subject is pensions, having passed CF4 (Retirement Planning), R04 (Pensions and Retirement Planning), J05 (Pension Income Options) and the CISI Level 6 Certificate in Pension Transfers & Planning Advice.
I have worked with Andy at Prosperity IFA in his capacity as Paraplanner for over a year. His work is of the highest standard and his knowledge is very good in many areas of financial planning. He is meticulous and is willing to challenge information presented to him. I have been very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his services.
Taking advantage of my business and financial services experience, I help Andy run Haven Paraplanning. I joined the team to share my expertise in both these fields, as well as to act as Andy’s sounding board and provide support where needed.
I started my career in financial services, where I worked for 17 years before being made redundant. I became a childminder to fit around raising my own children, which gave me valuable business experience. During this time, I also studied for a degree in Mathematics via the Open University to become a private Maths Tutor.
Haven Paraplanning is a family business, and my role is to manage the day-to-day running of it, to allow Andy to focus on supporting financial advisers with paraplanning services.
